Victor Chang

Victor Chang is the Product Manager of Staking and Validating at Crucible Labs, where he focuses on advancing decentralized infrastructure. He previously worked at OKX across growth, trading, and crypto utility initiatives, including major market launches. Victor founded a media publishing company and has experience as both a product designer and product manager at startups including Pinger, a communications platform. He holds a degree in Math/Computer Science from UC San Diego.
