Natalia Valenzuela

Natalia Valenzuela is a Staff-level, AI-driven Product Designer who brings a human, systems-driven approach to decentralized products. She blends AI, strategy, and craft to transform complex blockchain ecosystems into experiences that feel simple, intuitive, and trustworthy. Before joining Crucible, she led large-scale design initiatives across mobile and desktop products in the crypto and fintech space, including end-to-end app revamps, internal tool redesigns, and design system transformations. She is currently completing an International Master in Strategic Design for Innovation & Transformation at Politecnico di Milano.
